I wish I was better at learning languages, it is one of those things I always found extremely hard to learn. I haven't tried teach myself, so maybe I should try teach myself a language o:

[ acidhelm rehabzombies] Somehow I'm turning into a language nerd and I'm not hating it!. If I had a choice though, I'd fill some of these languages with more art electives. I'd learn Mandarin because it's a very huge language, but the teacher is pretty crappy according to my friends. Maybe post-school, but it only gets harder to learn as you age. :/ On another note, much props to Hannah to getting into Japanese by total interest! I'm pretty sure I'd give up if it wasn't required for me. |

mndi I will probably end up teaching myself something because I really love teaching myself things. I am currently trying to learn HTML and CSS. Someday I will grasp the french language, or some language~!

rehabzombies well then good luck to you on your journey madam! I am not patient enough with myself to teach haha. (Also, it helps a ton if you know native speakers! There's gota be some French hartosexuals lying about.)

I just listen to so much Irish and Scottish folk, but don't understand what they're saying, and that just sucks. Or Icelandish! Then I could finally understand what Sigur Ros are talking about. And they're just such beautiful languages. |

After living in Cardiff for a year, I'm really tempted to learn Welsh. Languages aren't really my forte, although what I lack in natural talent, I make up for in effort  I did start learning Latin a few years back and would like to get back into that too. |
